Graphics
Both have ultra HD and detailed graphics. Frames per second can be changed in both games according to your device performance capabilities. CPM has an fps option of 30,60,90,120, while PMM 2 has options of 30,60 and 120 and graphics are more high definition and detailed than its competition. I have played both games on highest graphics, frame settings and resolution settings on same device.
Parking Master Multiplayer 2 stands out in graphics quality as it is clearly evident in the picture as it has well defined edges of vehicle, curbs and lane markings are well defined.
Compatibility
For low to mid range phones, CPM is the best option as it can support low specs phone while for PMM 2, high range phones are recommended.
Effects
PMM 2 has less effects like Anti Aliasing, Bloom and Smoke Particles. Dirt on cars is clearly visible.

Sequel

Levels
It has 82 real life parking and driving challenges. Challenges become harder as you progress through them.
Single Player
It has 8 spawn points. Mobile tasks include Taxi, Delivery, Cargo, Draggy and City Bus Service. In Taxi you have to pick customers from point A and drop them at point B in a limited time. This mode supports free walking and can be played offline.
Multiplayer
It includes Mobile Phone tasks and you can create Clan or join one. You can race against players, invite your friends or chat with them with voice or text and emojis. Gas stations, Car wash are available for car service.
Parking Master Multiplayer 2 has 3 game modes; Career, Single Player and Multiplayer.
Career
It has a total of 250 parking challenges divided into 7 stages that are unlocked one by one after winning each level.
Single Player
This also has free walking feature. It has 7 regions all of them are unlocked after watching ads. In mobile task include Parkour where you have to park your car above ramps and containers. In Drift session you are given track to take your vehicle for a spin. In a Time Trial you have to reach all checkpoints in the given time frame. Gas and electric charging stations are present.
Multiplayer
In Multiplayer mode, you can create a room, invite a friend or enter into an existing one.
Jobs include Taxi, Police, Cargo and Tow. City Bus Service and Clan are not available in this game.
Vehicles
Car Parking Multiplayer has over 180 vehicles with interiors including domestic, sports cars, buses and trucks that are purchasable. Popular makes include Honda, Hummer, Mclaren, Audi, Lamborghini etc.
Parking Master Multiplayer 2 has over 120 vehicles with interiors mostly including cars and some trucks. Notable brands in the car list include Pagani, Mazda, Nissan, Ford etc. Parking lots have to be purchased to add more vehicles into your fleet.
Cars with interiors
This option can be availed in both games but according to my opinion, interiors of cars in Parking Master are more realistic and detailed as the edges are well defined and there is interior lightning which is absent in Car Parking Multiplayer.
Game Physics
If we talk about car growls, traffic sounds and response of car on high speeds and bumps then, PMM2 is a winner in this category as they are more realistic than CPM.
Vehicle Damage
In Car Parking Multiplayer, once you hit a fence or another vehicle, your car becomes deformed and shows damage. You can even open hood or trunk of your car. Whenever you drift or apply brakes there are tire marks that remain on the road. These features indicate the level of realism in this game.
But unfortunately, these game features are not present in Parking Master Multiplayer 2 and the tire marks disappear as the scene changes.
Customization
Both have car customization options where you can upgrade your vehicle’s engine, gearbox settings, suspension, vinyls, paint, flags, tires and rim. Strobe lights can be installed. COG settings are present in both games.
In PMM 2 you have limited upgrade options unless you purchase a workshop with top tiers while CPM has freedom of upgrade without worrying about workshops and w16 engine has to be purchased.
Player Customization
Both games offer diverse customizing options for player avatars. There are multiple tops, bottoms, hats, sunglasses that can be selected by the player in both games.

My Opinion
Well I have tested both games to the limits. In my opinion, Car Parking Multiplayer game is for those who want more than just a parking game. It has multiple job options and clan feature. It has a broader spectrum of customization.
On the other hand, Parking Master Multiplayer 2 is for those players who want challenging parking missions and want to test their driving skills to the limits. One thing that annoyed me were its ads that came after completing each challenge but I must say that driving physics in this game is above par.
